Phased Roadmap

The work is planned across four phases — each with a specific focus, measurable outcomes and clear milestones that residents can track.

Phase 01 · 2024–25

Listen and audit. Ward-level civic mapping, grievance framework rollout and onboarding of ward-level contact points.

Phase 02 · 2025–26

Build the base. Execution push on roads, drainage, water, sanitation and public realm — in coordination with KDMC and state agencies.

Phase 03 · 2026–27

Connect and decongest. Mobility around Kalyan junction, last-mile transport improvements and structured redevelopment of legacy clusters.

Phase 04 · 2027–29

A modern Kalyan West. Institutionalise metropolitan-grade service standards — transparent, data-driven, and citizen-first across the constituency.
